The February 16 2 part heater course that is being offered is now consolidated into one 3 hour course! Penn Jersey has decided to combine both courses that we're offering to better accommodate our members. The first part of the course will address;

• Codes, gas lines, electrical, venting, combustion air
• Gas heaters, electric, heat pump operation costs
• Installation coordination with utilities and trades

We'll then move into proper installation and some issues that arise like;

• Gas line installation, electrical, venting, combustion
• Propane tanks, natural gas service, PE gas pipe
• Installation Coordination with utilities and trades

Certified Service Technician

Formerly the TECH II program, successful completion of the new Service Technician program now leads to the CST (Certified Service Tech) designation. This program is intended for pool and spa industry techs who have experience with pool equipment repair and trouble shooting. Participants should have at least 1-2 years in the industry repairing and servicing pool equipment.
